访客委员会作为一个统一的实体存在，为整个大学提供服务，也分为三个平等的实体，为大学的每个学院提供服务:艺术学院 & 科学; 商学院; and 教育学院.
The 参观委员会 serves to assist the President and the 校董会 in promoting and advocating the overall quality and excellence of the University; to advise and assist the University in interpreting the vision, 任务, 项目, 成就, and aspirations of the University; to help keep the University and its constituent parts informed of attitudes, 意见, 担忧, and expectations related to higher education in general and 雅典州立大学 specifically; and to advise and assist the University with respect to the advancement of the University in all aspects of its 任务.
